Depression is a common emotional state in Modern Life

Nobody can ignore the usefulness of modernization in our daily life..especially how much it makes our life easier. .But on the other hand, modern lifestyle also affects health physically, Socially, and Psychologically. Millions of people follow an unhealthy lifestyle. Besides having every comfort in life, they are suffering from something.. And most of them are mental health or Depression. Everybody is suffering from something.

Those who are poor suffer because they are poor. They don't have enough money. Those who are rich suffer from paying taxes. Those who are unmarried suffer because they don't have a wife or soulmate with whom they can share their happy and sad moments. Those who are married suffer because they have a lot of responsibilities and sometimes problems in their relationship etc. There is not one damn thing that people are not suffering. It seems like it becomes a part of our lives.

Now the question arises why this is so???

This is simply because human beings have not figured out how to handle themselves...That’s All. So this is not because of any situation. We can’t change situations all time but we can change ourselves to how to handle that situation...It’s very important that we make inner management...

Depression is a very common problem nowadays. It may be because of Career, Studies, Family problems, Or Relationships. This is because everything is not going as we want them to. When things do not work according to our desire. We start overthinking which leads to depression.

Depression can make it tough to enjoy life, especially when feelings of despair and hopelessness always there. When we feel guilty for something we start producing negative thoughts in our minds. Depression may impact how you perform at work or your levels of concentration, so it can negatively affect productivity.

Leaving depression untreated can lead to many other complications in one’s personal and professional life. In the modern lifestyle, everyone is busy in their own. They really don't have a friend with whose they can share their problems. A depressed teenager can easily become angry, misbehave with others, and complain of pain in his body without reason.

Excessive pressure put on parents for their children to study and comparison with others can also be a source of depression. but why is it so important to be ahead of somebody?? Don't you think it is more important to be a happy and joyful life?

What is it that happens within you?

Fundamentally, you expected something to happen and it did not happen. You expected somebody or something to be your way or the world or the destiny to be your way, and it did not happen.

In other words, you are simply against what is happening; that’s all. Maybe you are against a person, maybe you are against a whole situation, maybe you are against life itself. You need to understand that Depression is self-Created

You will get depressed if you are capable of causing depression to yourself. If you are causing depression to yourself you are able to generate a substantial amount of intense emotions and thoughts but in the wrong direction. If you don't have very strong emotions, very intense thoughts about something, you can not get depressed.

It is just that you are generating thoughts and emotions which work against you, not for you. so you are strong enough to cause depression to yourself. A very small number of people who are pathologically ill rest are all self-created. It just comes from within because of genetic and some other factors.

Why does this emotional state become a part of our life???
